She has first hand experience of leading teams under pressure, managing operational challenges, and driving results, which led to a long and varied career in HR, recruitment, and training, focusing on developing people and building high performing teams.

Armed with qualifications in CIPD HR Management and ILM Leadership & Management, Lucy combines hands on operational experience with professional expertise. She understands the challenges businesses face because she has managed them herself.
